A thorough, independently written Functional Capacity Assessment from an AHPRA-registered Occupational Therapist — the evidence your NDIS planner needs to understand your true support needs.
About the Assessment
A Functional Capacity Assessment (FCA) is a comprehensive evaluation of how a disability or health condition impacts your ability to complete everyday tasks — from personal care and mobility through to work, study and social participation.
Our AHPRA-registered OTs assess you across all key functional domains and produce a thorough, evidence-based report aligned with NDIS planning requirements. The report clearly documents your support needs so planners and the NDIA have the evidence they need to make fair decisions.
Contact us directly or via your support coordinator. We confirm scope, fees and funding within 1 business day.
We review background documents, medical history and existing reports before the assessment session.
