Ongoing, goal-focused Occupational Therapy that helps NDIS participants build skills, increase independence, and live a life that reflects what matters to them — delivered by AHPRA-registered OTs who genuinely care.
Is general OT support right for you?
What We Offer
Occupational Therapy support goes beyond assessments and reports. For many NDIS participants, ongoing OT intervention is the key to achieving real progress toward independence — whether that's a child developing daily living skills, an adult rebuilding function after injury, or someone learning to manage a complex sensory environment.
Our OTs work closely with you, your family and your wider support team to design a therapy program built around your NDIS goals, your lifestyle, and what matters most to you. Sessions can be in your home, at a clinic, in your community setting, or via telehealth.
Who We Support
We support children from early intervention through to school age and beyond. Our paediatric OTs work on fine motor development, sensory processing, self-care skills (dressing, feeding, toileting), handwriting, school participation and social skills — in close partnership with families and schools.
OT support for adults with physical disability, acquired brain injury, neurological conditions, mental health needs, or age-related functional changes. We focus on practical, meaningful goals that increase participation in daily life — at home, at work, and in the community.
Areas of Practice
Our OTs have expertise across the full scope of occupational therapy practice, supporting diverse needs across the lifespan.
Self-care, meal preparation, household tasks and personal management — building independence in the activities that matter most every day.
Sensory integration, self-regulation strategies and environmental modifications to support daily function and reduce sensory-related distress.
Motor skills, coordination and physical function for daily tasks — handwriting, tool use, mobility and whole-body movement for all ages.
Planning, memory, sequencing and problem-solving strategies for independence — supporting participation after acquired brain injury or with cognitive difficulties.
Skills and strategies to support meaningful participation in school, work and community life — including social skills development and activity grading.
Developing predictable, manageable daily routines that build confidence and reduce anxiety — particularly valuable for participants with autism, ADHD, or psychosocial disability.
Supporting participation in community activities, sport, recreation and meaningful leisure — helping NDIS participants engage in the things they enjoy and build social connections beyond the home.
Coaching and education for families and carers — building capacity to support therapy goals at home and reducing carer burden through practical strategies.
