Do I need a referral to book an appointment?

No referral is required to get started. However, if you have a GP Mental Health Care Plan, you may be eligible for Medicare rebates. We can guide you through this if needed.

Are sessions confidential and secure?

How do telehealth psychology appointments work?

Appointments are held online via video call, allowing you to attend sessions from the comfort of your home or another private space. You’ll receive simple instructions before your appointment so you know exactly what to expect.

Just a phone, tablet, or laptop with internet access, a private space, and headphones if you prefer. You’ll receive simple instructions before your appointment.

Do you accept NDIS funding?
